These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RackerTracker mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by Hunter Hammond ("the Developer"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You may sign up with email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account).
RackerTracker is not a gambling, wagering, betting, or real-money gaming service. The App never processes, holds, escrows, or transfers entry-fee or prize money. All entry fees and prize payouts are collected and distributed in cash, in person, by the tournament organizer(s), entirely outside the App. Pool tournaments run with the App are competitions of skill administered by their organizers; the App provides bracket, scoring, and record-keeping software only. The only payments processed through the App are software fees (organizer subscriptions and single-tournament credits), which are unrelated to any prize pool.
Organizer subscriptions and single-tournament credits are sold as in-app purchases and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Prices and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled; you can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law or by the store's own policies, payments are non-refundable and refunds are handled by the store. We do not receive or store your card details. Subscriptions started before we moved to in-app purchases are billed by Stripe until they end and can be canceled from within the App.
SMS notifications are optional and off by default. If you provide a mobile number and opt in via the SMS consent switch in Notification Settings, you agree to receive automated text messages about your tournaments and matches.

turn SMS off in Notification Settings.You agree not to misuse the App, including: harassing or impersonating others; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; or interfering with the App's operation or security.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your profile photo and tournament details). You grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the App (for example, showing your name and photo to other participants in tournaments you join).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results (such as brackets, scores, or notifications) will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any disputes between players and organizers, including disputes over entry fees or prize money handled offline.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
